Prevent Ejector Pin Problems
To mitigate galling, seizing and pitting caused by thermal and viscosity breakdown, ejector pins must be carefully maintained using the correct grease for the corresponding operating conditions. Improper lubrication can damage tooling and cause surface bleed-out, leading to defective plastic parts.
